I paid but don't have a number

Open the link in your receipt email on your iPhone: it shows your number and opens Messages with your first text written. If the page still says it is confirming your payment after a few minutes, email us with your order number.

She isn't answering

Check you are texting from the iPhone number you gave at checkout, as an iMessage (a blue bubble). If it still doesn't work, email us.

Photos

Your subscription includes 50 photos a month. When they run out, she sends you a link to buy more: 9 for $8.99, 16 for $12.99, 40 for $19.99.

Cancelling, refunds and your data

Email us to cancel or to delete your data. The refund policy says when we refund, and the privacy policy what we keep.
